Angels & Cowboys - Rose - Sonoma County (750mL)

Overview: Angels & Cowboys are crafted with fruit sourced from some of Sonoma County’s most prestigious growers in Carneros, Russian River Valley, and Dry Creek Valley. Our winemaking team draws on traditional and progressive methods to create wines that deliver a standout style. A Grenache – based Rosé blend, crafted using the traditional Provençal method.

Tasting Notes: Nose of mandarin orange, white blossoms, and lychee fruit. On the palate it enters with zesty acidity and freshness displaying Rainier Cherry, strawberry, and guava accented by more savory notes of herbs de Provence and an attractive and cooling sea spray finish, reminiscent of the fog that blankets Sonoma County's vineyards. A lively and crowd-pleasing easy sipper, this wine will show at its best when youthful and chilled.

Pairing: Great as an aperitif. Pair with shellfish, appetizers, spicy foods, and fruity desserts.
