Smooth and clean with hints of caramel. Aged for seven months in American white oak casks that have been reconditioned after originally being used for premium-aged whiskey. Great served neat or on the rocks, and perfect base for premium cocktails. Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our unique flavor is a result of an 80 hour fermentation process, compared to the average 48 hours.
